Duration: 2 Hours or less
(Recommended for groups thinking about making a shift to Lean but want to see how it would fit into their company)
What to expect: I will come to your business and walk with you through your location and quickly identify a minimum of 3 areas where you have waste in your system. You will be given a brief verbal introduction to Lean during the walk and how it can benefit your company specifically. Topics may include:

Consulting: $85/hr (2 hr minimum)
